چکیده

Electrical characterization methods for the analysis of alternating current thinfilm electroluminescent (ACTFEL) devices are reviewed. Particular emphasis is devoted to electrical characterization techniques because ACTFEL devices are electro-optic display devices whose performance is to a large extent determined by their electrical properties. A systematic procedure for ACTFEL electrical assessment is described. The utility of transient charge, voltage, current, and phosphor field analysis is explained. Steady-state electrical characterization methods discussed in this review include charge-voltage (Q-V), capacitance-voltage (CV), internal charge-phosphor field (Q-Fp), and maximum charge-maximum applied voltage (Qmax-Vmax) analysis. These electrical characterization methods are illustrated by reviewing relevant results obtained from the analysis of evaporated ZnS:Mn and atomic layer epitaxy (ALE) SrS:Ce ACTFEL devices.

SnO2 Nanowires on Carbon Nanotube Film as a High Performance Anode Material for Flexible Li-ion Batteries

Today, Li-ion batteries (LIBs) are the most common rechargeable batteries used in electronic devices. SnO2 with theoretical specific capacity of 782 mAh/g is among the best anode materials for LIBs. In this report, Three-dimensional SnO2 nanowires (NWs) on carbon nanotube (CNT) thin film (SnO2 / CNT) is fabricated using a combination of vacuum filtration and thermal evaporation techniques. The ...

Thin-film Encapsulation of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Using Single and Multilayer Structures of MgF2, YF3 and ZnS

In this research, the lifetime of green organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is studied using four passivation layers. To encapsulate the OLEDs, MgF2, YF3, composed of alternating MgF2/ZnS and YF3/ZnS layers were grown by thermal vacuum deposition. Measurements show that the device lifetime is significantly improved by using YF3 and ZnS as passivation layers. However, diodes encapsulated by Mg...

Sun* Abstract — Photo-induced charge (PIQ) and photo-induced luminescence (PIL) measurements are employed for the characterization of evaporated ZnS:Mn alternating-current thin-film-electroluminescent (ACTFEL) devices. PIQ and PIL measurements involve monitoring the charge and luminescence associated with the transport of UV-exc...

The Effect of Tin Weight Fraction and Annealing Condition on Electrical and Optical Properties of ITO/TiO2 Nanostructured Film

High transparent conductive indium tin oxide/titanium dioxide (ITO/TiO2) nanostructured thin film is prepared by sol-gel dip-coating technique. This method yielded monodisperse ITO nanoparticles with mean diameter of 12 nm. The atomic composition of the Sn within the ITO structure changed from 0-20 wt.%. Through controlled annealing temperature at 550 oC, the result...
